What the package says: Non-fat!
What I thought of it:
Very yummy, creamy and delicately flavored. Awesome tasting for non fat! I also almost forgot that it was froyo instead of ice cream - and that's a good thing. Then again, I was just told that most frozen yogurts are not really "pure yogurt."
