What I thought of it:
Maybe my expectations weren't so high: I've never had a mango cheesecake before. It doesn't seem like something that can easily be done well but, OMG! It was a perfect combination of cheesecake and fresh, ripe mangoes. The flavors were distinct yet perfectly blended. My initial perception of mango-flavored cheesecake is forever changed -- and I'll never forget my first.
